ABR:   Everyone if different.  The tall, extremely talented or ultra athletic players get noticed automatically.  Everyone else has to play to their strengths.  Players shouldn’t try to do things you’re not capable of yet.  You don’t want players noticed for that, for what they can’t do or that they are “playing outside themselves.”

On the skill side, any player who can shoot the basketball is valuable.  Shooting can improve with repetitions and time – put the work in.

Players should be a worker – a student of the game – and a great teammate.  There isn’t a college coach out there that doesn’t like hard working student-athletes who are great team mates.  Do the little things…
